A project of the Burgas Museum worth BGN 104,000. has been approved by the Ministry of Culture

A project for the preparation of a complete renovation of the building of the Archaeological Museum - Burgas has been approved for funding by the Ministry of Culture. It is planned to design a complete renovation of the roof, facades and internal premises of the building; to demolish the old repositories of the museum and build new ones, to separate an office building and a museum café in the courtyard of the museum, to build new fences. The project was prepared by RHM - Burgas. A year and a half ago, the Regional Governor of Burgas - Prof. Maria Neykova completed the procedure for providing the building and the yard of the museum for the management of RHM - Burgas. Immediately after that, the museum team prepared a project for financing a Technical Project, which has already been approved by the Ministry of Culture. It is expected that the design of the repair will begin after the transfer of funds and public procurement procedures, perhaps in mid-2025.
