A project of the Burgas Museum was approved for funding by the Ministry of Culture

The project of the Regional Historical Museum - Burgas "You will recognize by the clothes..." was approved for full funding by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Bulgaria. It aims to photograph and publish in a catalog the most valuable costumes from the museum's collection, which have been collected from the entire Burgas region. Among them are the costumes from Strandzha, Eastern Stara Planina, Karnobat, Aytos, etc., of the ethnographic groups Ruptsi, Tronki, Zagorci and Planinci.
The project is funded by the FINANCING OF PROJECTS IN THE FIELD OF MOVABLE CULTURAL HERITAGE AND VISUAL ARTS program. 116 projects have applied for it, of which 27 have been approved. The financing amounts to BGN 6,980.
