On March 22, 2012 (Thursday) at 10:00 in the Natural-History exposition of Regional Historical Museum Burgas, we will celebrate World Water Day 2012 together with the children from kindergarten "Sluntse" - Burgas in the form of a environmental-education-fun-event "With laughter and games, Let us tell you about water and the life inside it". With entertaining tasks and games in the museum hall we will acquaint the children with the surrounding water basins, aquatic animals and their importance for humans and other water creatures. We believe that environmental awareness is best taught to children at an early age and by appropriate interesting games that can be performed in the most accessible and enjoyable way.
The children’s tasks and games that we have prepared in the Natural History Museum will teach about the existence of fresh and salt water, the types of organisms found in them and many more. Children will colour pictures, identify animals of fairy tales, discover hidden aquatic life, seek what species live in the Black Sea, rivers, lakes. Our guests from kindergarten "Sluntse" have prepared a short program with drama and poems on the Water subject. We hope that through fun and games every child can learn about new aquatic residents and how important it is to keep the environment clean, the water and its other components.
This event is organized with the financial support of Interhotel Bulgaria - Burgas.
