Let's try "Bourekitas"!

On September 19, 2023 (Tuesday) at 10:30 a.m. in the Ethno-kitchen of the Burgas Museum (69 Slavyanska St.) a traditional recipe of the Jewish community in Burgas will be presented by Alberta Alkalay - a descendant of Burgas Jews, founder and president of the Center for Jewish-Bulgarian Cooperation "Alef", journalist. Helpers will also take part in the preparation of the tasty saltines.
