Trojan mushroom soup will be prepared by representatives of the Trojan Museum of Folk Art Crafts and Applied Arts in the ROME-Burgas Ethnic Kitchen. The event will be this Sunday (July 9, 2023) at 12:30 p.m. in the yard of the ethnographic exposition at 69 Slavyanska Street. The dish is a clear soup with a superb aroma, which is given by the dried mushrooms, and its taste is slightly sour due to the added dried dogwoods. There is a variant in which finely sliced bacon is added. In this case, the delicious culinary temptation is called "Klin soup". The feast can be cooked year-round, although it is preferred during the cold seasons. It is suitable for the Christmas fast, as there is an option for its preparation without vegetable fat.
