Experts from BSU and RHM - Burgas presented the results of a joint international project for digitization and preservation of ritual kitchen

Regional Historical Museum - Burgas and Burgas Free University are partners in the EuRiCa (ERASMUS+) project aimed at digitization and preservation of the ritual kitchen. The main objective of EuRiCa is to preserve traditional cuisine as a manifestation of heritage and folklore, making it easily recognized and accessible thanks to the digitization of recipes from different parts of Europe.
On this occasion, we invite you to a meeting to present the results of the project and good practices that you can use in your organizations. The event will be held on March 10, 2023 at the Center for Contemporary Art and Library, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Within the framework of the event, the results of the project will be presented - digitized ritual foods, practical aspects of their digitization, channels where they are distributed and ways of their use by other users - a complete training course with free access on Youtube and on a specially created online platform to the RHM-Burgas website www.eurica.eu.
All those who have successfully passed the course will receive their certificates issued by Burgas Free University.
In this regard, you are invited to apply to email: (hidden) with three names, phone number and email by March 5, 2023.
