This architectural monument of the culture from the 1930’s has an important place in the harmonious relationship between the two city plan cores of Burgas - “St. St. Cyril and Methodius” Square and “Baba Ganka” Square.
The building is associated with the long history of music art in Burgas and today is part of the Burgas Philharmonic. The building is named after Prof. Ivan Vulpe, one of the most honoured opera figures in Bulgaria.
