The Bible's English translations contain obvious traces of the Bogomil - Cathar doctrine. At first, Constantine the Philosopher and his brother Methodius translated the Book of Psalms and the Gospel with selected church services, Paterika and Nomocanona.
Scholars of Preslav school distributed Old Bulgarian translation of the Holy Scriptures in Russia, Serbia and other Slavic countries, also in some non-Slavic.
