Enyo’s day and the „Clinic of Nature”

On the day when the sun shimmers, dew shines, and herbs gain the strongest healing power...... on that day come to Burgas. On 24th of June, at 10:00 am at the Burgas' square "Atanas Sirekov" children from kindergarten "Magic" will celebrate the holiday dedicated to St. Enyo. Members of community center "Hristo Botev" will recreate one of the most exciting rituals connected with the festival - [url=http://www.burgasmuseums.bg/index.php?tab=ethno&lang=en&page=encyc&enc=rituals&pgno=3&eid=57]Enyo's bride / Enyova bulya[/url]. Children from the folk ensemble "Shareni gaitani" part of the Municipal Children's Complex - Burgas headed by Mrs. Pepa Zaprianova will also take part in the celebration.
All visitors will be able to engage in the flamboyant dance, led by the dancers from the Trading school of Burgas, headed by Teodora Kaneva, which will complete the celebration in front of the City Hall.

The celebration will continue at 11.00 am in the yard of the Ethnographic Museum of Burgas, where kids will share their knowledge and gain useful information about herbs and their medicinal properties in the form of games and entertaining activities.

The event is organized by the Municipality of Burgas, Municipal Children Complex and Regional History Museum - Burgas.
