Students from Aitos will record their ancestral history

The project "My native land in the family memories" was launched, which is implemented by the Regional Historical Museum - Burgas and Hristo Botev School - Burgas. The project is part of the project "History of Bulgarian Botev" and the project "History of Bulgarian Botev". It aims to highlight interesting facts related to the history of the town of Aitos and to present settlements within the municipality. The research is done by the students with the assistance of their teachers and representatives of the museum. A series of classes will also be conducted and a collection of oral information, notes, local history notes and photographs will be collected. The goal is for the children to learn more about their birthplaces and the places their families are connected to, and to gain knowledge and skills about what methods are available to document important data to help preserve history and ancestral memory.
"Through projects like this we try to give students the opportunity to develop their creativity inspired by history. They accept their work in connection with the realization of the idea very responsibly and with great enthusiasm, so I believe that the fruitful results will be on the face", commented the chief curator of the Historical Exposition in the Regional Historical Museum - Burgas Dr. Ivanka Deleva.
The project is led by Tatiana Baikusheva, from the RHM-Burgas and Nikolay Dimitrov, from the Hristo Botev School - Burgas.
